The different massage types explained:
Asanda signature massage: The signature massage begins with aromatherapy. At the end, therapists use hot towels to melt away stiffness and Aveda skincare products to moisturize skin.
Deep-tissue massage: Deep-tissue massage therapy uses slow, deep strokes in concentrated areas to address more internal sources of pain.
Stress-fix massage: Clients savor the soothing scents of organic French lavender, lavandin, and clary sage during the stress-fix massage, which incorporates Swedish, deep-tissue, and foot-reflexology techniques.
Hot-stone massage: Massage therapists use hot stones to relax muscle tissue more deeply and completely.
